Re: Renovation of West Coast Bank, 15340 SW Royalty Parkway (former Wells Fargo Bank)
Dear Mr. Poskin:
Thank you for meeting with me Monday afternoon, 10 May, 1999. 1 just wanted to summarize the item
determinations that we discussed.
I met with Ms. Rosie Day at King City. She has reviewed the drawing and provided a signed release
authorizing us to pursue permits at the City of Tigard. We will provide that when we submit for permit.
It is our understanding that a design review will not be required. Nor will we need to upgrade the
landscaping. We do however, need to upgrade both toilet rooms for ADA compliance, as well as upgrade
ADA accessibility on the site. This would include upgrading two parking spaces, with an intermediate
aisle, a 3' wide pathway in front of the spaces, a direct route to the front door and any necessary curbs cuts
to accommodate the pathway.
I also understand that Tigard will review the mechanical and plumbing drawings, although the permits are
issued at King City. Electrical drawings will be reviewed at Washington County.
Since we are proposing to relocate the entrance to the front instead of the sides of the entry vestibule,
structural drawings will be necessary for that portion of the project.
Once we submit for permit, there will be an approximately three -week review prior to permit issue.
If there are errors in my understanding, could you provide additional clarification regarding the pertinent
items?
Respectfully,
Stephen Price
