RE: Building Permit Applications for Arbor Heights Apartments

Dear Jean,
As we discussed on the telephone, attached are our building permit applications to add three
more garage structures to the Arbor Heights Apartment complex.
Per your request I am submitting three sets of plans for permit review and an additional site
plan for site plan review.
You will see on the enclosed site plans the locations for the proposed additional garage
structures. I have highlighted the locations with a cloud and the Delta 3 callout.
The construction of the structures will be identical to those already reviewed and for which
permits have been issued. The construction drawings attached are the same as was previously
submitted.
I have also enclosed the required building permit applications, filled out on a building by
building basis. The permit submission fee is also enclosed.
