RE: Revisions to the building permit(s) for Arbor Heights Apartments
F-
ATTN: Mr. Jim Funk
Dear Mr. Funk.
The owner has requested a change to the exterior siding material on a portion of the buildings
for the project. The request is to add brick veneer.
Per your request, attached are two sets of construction documents that illustrate this change.
Drawing changes required to effect this change occurred to selected architectural and
structural sheets. These revised sheets are what are included. The balance of the drawings are
unaffected by this change.
Also included for your review are the calculations, prepared by the structural engineer, that
illustrate the acceptability of the revisions from a structural standpoint.
As you will see in the drawings, the structural integrity of the building has not changed with
the exception of the foundation footings being increased in size to accommodate the brick
veneer. -
The project is currently under construction. It is anticipated that the contractor will be ready
to start of the building footings within the next 7 days so any expedited review of this change
that you may provide would be greatly appreciated.
Should you or any of the other staff have any questions regarding this submittal package or
should any additional information be required, feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
e-.,.............._

Re:
Expansion Tanks at Arbor Heights
Tom:
As per our conversation concerning expansion tanks, I am deleting them from the
Arbor Heights Project.
Under section 1007 paragraph C of the Oregon amendments (1991) they are not
needed.
Thank You,
Keith Johnson
P.S. Please inform me if any problems arise concerning this matter.
