Gentlemen:
This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on
the 1991 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those
sections of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and Uniform
Mechanical Code (UMC) specifically referencing the fire
department, and other local ordinances and regulations.
Plans and calculations for the above captioned project are
approved as submitted. Note: Stamped conditionally
approved plans can be picked up at City of Tigard Building
Department. This Plans Examiner would advise calling prior
to making a special trip to assure plans have been
transferred.
Please note the following items:
A copy of Contractor's Materials and Test Certificate shall
be forwarded to this office for permanent filing after all
systems have been completed, tested, and forms have been
signed by appropriate parties.
With a dry pipe system, high and low air pressure -
supervision needs to be• monitored as well as all control='
valves and water flow alarm for this building. Would -you
please pass this onto the owner /contractor as necessary.
