SW BULL MOUNTAIN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
Dear Tom:
This is to inform you that your request for Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) Credits for the SW Bull
Mountain Road improvements that were constructed as a part of the Meyers Farm project, has
been approved by the City Engineer. The credit amount is $ 74,637.00.
I have enclosed a copy of the credit voucher. Be advised that a copy of this voucher must be
included with any building permit applications at the time of submittal, or if deferral has been
anted, upon issuance of an occupancy permit, as defined in Section 3.17.030.T of the TIF
.,rdinance. Please refer to the Washington County TIF Ordinance with regard to credit
restrictions.
Note that you are entitled to collect refunds for any TIF's that were paid 30 days prior to the date
of this letter, in accordance with the TIF Ordinance.
