PO Box 1754 Lake Oswego, 0I97035 RE: HILSHIRE CREEK ESTATES NO. 3 TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE CREDIT On March 6, 1998, I received a letter from Mike Borresen at Washington County indicating that Sierra Pacific Development Inc. has paid $15,000.00 toward the Scholls Ferry/Barrows traffic signal project. Attached is a Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) credit voucher confirming that you are approved for a credit in the amount of $15,000.00. A copy of this voucher must be presented at the City's customer service counter at the time a building permit is requested in order to redeem credit.
