The final inspection was performed and approved on ' November 25, 2008, by inspectors from the City of Tigard. No tenant spaces are included in this permit, nor shall any tenant improvement be occupied until such time as each space is approved by final inspection of its specific permits, approved for the use intended and provided with a Certificate of Occupancy. The City neither guarantees nor warrants to the owner, occupant or any other person that this letter evidences strict and complete compliance with each and every ordinance or regulation of the City or the State of Oregon affecting the construction or use of said structure or the land upon which it is situated. Such compliance is the responsibility of the owner and /or occupant of the premises. This letter certifies only that the work covered under the permit number listed above has been complete.
