The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty
Code (OSSC) 2007 edition; and the State of Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2007
edition. Please respond to the following conditions prior to issuance of this
permit.
1) Provide planning and engineering approval for this project.
2) Provide sign off from structural plan review comments from Miller
Engineering.
3) Provide conditions for site plan approval.
-4) Please provide one half the maximum overall diagonal distance for
separation of exits. OSSC 1015.2.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each
numbered issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy
of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal
assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.

To whom it may concern:
This letter is to certify that all requirements of building permit BUP2008- 00057, issued for a
building shell, have been completed. The final inspection was performed and approved on
' November 25, 2008, by inspectors from the City of Tigard. No tenant spaces are included in
this permit, nor shall any tenant improvement be occupied until such time as each space is
approved by final inspection of its specific permits, approved for the use intended and
provided with a Certificate of Occupancy.
The City neither guarantees nor warrants to the owner, occupant or any other person that
this letter evidences strict and complete compliance with each and every ordinance or
regulation of the City or the State of Oregon affecting the construction or use of said
structure or the land upon which it is situated. Such compliance is the responsibility of the
owner and /or occupant of the premises.
This letter certifies only that the work covered under the permit number listed above has
been complete. It is not permission to occupy tenant spaces.
