This plans review is based on the 2002 edition of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
The revisions received on September 18, 2003 have been reviewed and are not approved as submitted.
The following items shall be revised (revisions clouded) on the plans and addressed in a response letter.
Two complete sets of the revised plans and the response letter shall be submitted to this office for
review and approval prior to issuance of the electrical permit. Please note: Loose pages are not
acceptable.
1. Explain to which "kitchen equipment" the demand factor of .65 is applied. to and how does the
equipment complies with the provisions of Article 220.20.
2. Revise the grounding detail to include the rebar of the building. See Article 250.50
