The plans and specifications have been reviewed for conformity to
applicable codes. Please submit four (4) sets of revised plans
incorporating the following requirements:
The location of the F.D.C. is incorrect. The F.D.C. shall be
located within 70 feet of the east fire hydrant and charge the
underground piping to the system and not the fire hydrant.
Provide four (4) revised site plans.
4 . Provide the cut sheets for all types of sprinklers scheduled
and the listing of the extended coverage sprinkler.
3. Provide correct calculations for Safeway -1 using K =11.4 for
ECOH F987 sprinklers, as specified on Sheet 1 or as specified
by manufacturer's listing.

Provide the name of the central receiving station that will be
