The enclosed drawings are being submitted in response to plan check comments. We are coordinating the
dedication of land to ODOT along Pacific Highway to reflect the road widening. Once that has been
resolved we will formally record the new legal description with Washington County to include both
parcels. I understand that we will not receive a Certificate of Occupancy until the legal description has
been recorded but we may obtain our site permit.

provided within 70 feet of hydrant. Location & quantity of hydrants have
been discussed with Eric McMullen of the Fire District.
