Stories: 1 Builders Name: Owner Subdivision: NA The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2011 edition. Please respond to conditions below. 1) Show connection of new floor to existing floor. Ledger board and anchors now shown on dwg DT2012 -01 2) Show type of roof assembly and connection to existing. Assy. and connections now shown on dwg DT2012-03. 3) Provide type of flooring to be used. 2x6 T &G flooring is shown on dwgsDT2012 -03. 4) Provide lateral bracing details as per ORSC 301.1. Braced /shear panel location shown on dwgs. Will use Weyerhaeuser iLevel (iSB18x8) shear brace (prefabricated) for NE corner of garage. Installation details shown on dwg DT2012 -06. Sheeting at at NW corner of garage will be removed on existing wall to allow a full 4x8 sheet of strand board to be nailed to both existing and new (1' -0 ") wall. 5) Show all header sizes and calculations. Header calculations will be provided after purchase of lumber package. 6) Show all framing details. Framing details /connections have been added to dwgs. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered issue has been addressed in the revision. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard; Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
