Dear Sir:
Subject: Mullikin Medical Center Tenant Improvements
13200 SW Pacific Highway
Tigard, Oregon 97223
Enclosed is a print of sheet A1.1 with sixth revision dated 11/11/98, and a print of sheet A2.1 with
fifth revision dated 11/13/98 for your review, comment, or approval.
Sheet A1.1 shows the revised elevated/entrance lobby as revised on 8/19/98, as marked A.
Sheet A2.1 revision marked AS shows corridor 245 reducing width from 6' to 4' and shifting 1 -8"
south, due to the discovery of existing columns. 4' is greater than the 44" minimum width of U.B.C.
section 1005.2 toilet 218a and janitor 219 have been relocated to the opposite side of corridor 223
and exam room 225 put in its place. We believe the design of the restroom complies with A.D.A.
requirements. All of the revision 5 changes are the result of discovered columns and chases that
have been uncovered during the construction process.
If there are any questions or concerns, please let me know.
Sincerely,
tl
