Your detail A6.1/2 does not indicate compliance for knee clearance , which is 27 inches high, 30 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. Provide details. [OSSC, Section 1109.11.3.3.] 3. The reception counter shall be accessible. Provide a portion not less than 36 inches long, and not more than 36 inches above finished floor. [OSSC, Section 1109.23.2.] 4. Restroom signage shall be the international symbol "Uni -sex." 5. An amount equal to 25% of the alteration cost shall be budgeted for removal of architectural barriers within the site and tenant space [ORS 447.241]. A. Barrier removal is determined in accordance with OSSC, Section 1113.1, ORS 447.241 (4). B.
