Submittal documents for the above referenced project have been reviewed for
conformance with the applicable 1996 Oregon Specialty Codes and other applicable
codes and standards. The following comments are noted:

1. An amount equal to 25% of the alteration cost shall be budgeted for removal of
architectural barriers within the site and tenant space [ORS 447.241].
A. Barrier removal is determined in accordance with OSSC, Section 111.3,
ORS 447.241 (4).
B. The barrier removal plan shall include exterior improvements.
i) - Complete and return the enclosed form with your response to the items in
the plan review letter.

1. The egress door from the cooler structure swings out flush with what appears to
be an extruded curb. OSSC, Section 1004.12 requires a landing 44 inches in .
length. Show how you will comply.
