If Owner is financing this project with a lender, Contractor shall not be required to assume additional contractual responsibilities beyond those set out in this Contract. B. Contractor shall implement all OSHA required safety standards throughout the project duration. All work shall be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner, according to standard practices. C. The Contractor shall keep work areas on ground and roof orderly and free of debris, and shall remove all trash and debris from premises each day. D. Contractor shall not be penalized or held responsible for delays in completion of roofing, (hie to adverse weather conditions. E. The Owner agrees to submit 50% of the Contract amount upon delivery of materials. Contract may be subject to progress payments throughout the course of the job. The balance in its entirety shall be due and payable upon completion of work. Nonpayment: Owner shall pay 1- 1/2 °/9 per month on and as a late charge for any amounts due under this Contract, from the date of completion. F. Attorney Fees: Should the Contractor deem it necessary to lien against this Contract for payment thereof, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for all recording fees, as well as the amount of Contract. If either party becomes involved in litigation or arbitration arising out of this Contract or the performance thereof, the court or arbitration or in a separate law suit, shall award attorney fees to the prevailing party.
