REQUIREMENT: OREGON REVISED STATUTE (ORS) 447.241.
(1) Every project for renovation, alteration or modification to affected buildings and related facilities shall be
made to insure that the path of travel to the altered area and the restroom, telephones and drinking
fountains are readily accessible to individuals with disabilities, unless such alterations are disproportionate
to the overall alterations in terms of cost and scope
(2) Alterations made to the path of travel to an altered area may be deemed disproportionate to the overall
alteration when the cost exceeds twenty -five per -cent (25%).

ALPROP CO. AND ALL ABOUT HAIR
DATED JULY 16, 1997
LANDLORD'S WORK',
Landlord will provide improvements to the leased premises, substantially si&ar to those indicated on Exhibit "A-
1", which includes providing electrical outlets as shown on Exhibit "A -2" and floor covering.
Landlord will provide one (1) bank of lights along center of ceiling.
Landlord will replace water - damaged ceiling tiles.
Landlord will install an exhaust fan in dispensary.
Landlord shall have a certified HVAC contractor verify that the heatingand cooling systems are operating
properly, and if not, shall repair same. Landlord shall make sure that HVAC at hair salon standards.
Prior to commencement of construction, Tenant shall provide Landlord wittl: detailed drawings and specifications
regarding the improvements. Other than the improvements indicated on the attached Exhibit "A -2 ", all other
improvements shall be the sole responsibility of the Tenant, and shall not; be performed without prior written
approval from Landlord.
Landlord will allow Tenant access to the premises at any time after term commencement for the sole purpose of
commencing tenant improvements.
TENANT'S WORK;
Tenant shall provide all plumbing, sheetrock, painting, door bathroom, c4binetry, concrete and debris
cleaning to the space.
