FINAL INSPECTION APPROVAL RECEIVED - Mast sign and driveway lighting.
Congratulations on bringing the property at 11460 SW Pacific Hwy. into compliance
regarding the violations cited in our inspection report of August 28, 2008, concerning the
wiring of the lighted mast sign and the electrical supply to it and to the driveway lights.
This confirms that as of October 14, 2008, these violations have been corrected and the
property has been brought into compliance. Specifically, permit ELC2008 -00533 was issued
September 12, 2008 to Willamette Electric and received Final Inspectio Approval on
October 14, 2008.
Because of your prompt and voluntary cooperation in having the req ed corrections
completed and the property brought into compliance the City of Tig d is pleased to assess
no penalties and herewith declares this case to be closed.
