The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Oregon GRANTOR, releases and quitclaims to THE CITY OF TIGARD, GRANTEE,
all of GRANTOR'S right, title, and interest in and does hereby consolidate parcels 1 and 2 of partition plat
1992 -069 into one parcel, the property, situated in Washington County, Oregon, as described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.00. However, the actual consideration consists of
or includes other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
This instrument will not allow use of the property described in this instrument in violation of
applicable land use laws and regulations. Before signing or accepting this instrument, the person acquiring
fee title to the property should check with the appropriate city or county planning department to verify
