Failure to call for inspection within 24 hours of completion of the work is a violation of OAR 918- 785 -0210 and failure to call for a re- inspection within 30 days is a violation of OAR 918- 785 -0230. These permit(s) have been expired by limitation and should be re- instated for final inspection. The fee to re- instate residential permits is equal to the original fee of $39.15. The fee to re- instate commercial permits is equal to 1 hourly plumbing rate of $62.50. Re- instated permits are only valid for thirty days, by which time the work must be inspected and final approval given. A backflow assembly test report is part of the final approval.
