A tract of land situated in the Northeast one - quarter of Section 10,
Town 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the
County of Washington and State of Oregon, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly line of S.W. Pacific
Highway with the northeasterly line of S.W. Gaarde Street; thence
N.56 46'19 "W., along said northeasterly line, a distance of 192.64 feet
u to a point in the northwesterly line of that certain tract of land
described in Book 1082, page 350, Deed Records, said County; thence
N.34 14'50 "E., along the northwesterly line of said tract described
