(#2) Joist bearing on pony wall at front of elevated garage slab — Simpson A35 clips to be added to joist blocking at 48" o.c. (#3) Joist grade requirement for elevated garage slab — Design calculations are based on 2x12 DF#2 Joists at IT o.c. (#5) Block edges of plywood panels in garage — connections are adequate. (#6) Beam bearing over foundation vent — vent has been removed and the void has been filled with non shrink grout. ( #7,8) Exterior wall beam bearing points under elevated garage slab — modifications per FCE have been completed, bearing is adequate. (see attached sheets) (#8) Header size around opening for heater duct through elevated garage slab — (2)2x12 DF#2, existing framing is adequate. ( #12) Block joists at beams — Joist blocking is adequate. In addition to the items numerated by the City of Tigard, it was discovered that the roof truss connections to the double top plate were not in compliance with the structural drawings.
