Sheila T. and Steven P. Landis hereinafter called the Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual
easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of an underground sewer line
and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on
the parcel of land described in the attached Exhibit "A" situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of
Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the rights of the Grantee in the above - described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns
forever.

DESCRIPTION FOR A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
A Sanitary Sewer Easement across Lots 10 Jeffrey Estates as
recorded on Book 89 Pages 28 and 29 of the Washington County
Subdivision Records, located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, More
particularly described a follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 10 Jeffrey Estates thence
N 89° 23' 59" E, along the south line of said Lot 10, a distance
of 77.91 feet to a point of curve of a curve to the left; thence
along said curve with a radius of 25.00 feet, a delta of 36° 52'
12" (a chord which bears N 70° 57' 53" E, 15.81 feet) and a length
of 15.81 feet; thence S 89° 23' 59" W a distance of 92.89 feet to
the west line of said Lot 10; thence S 00° 29' 38" E, along said
west line, a distance of 5.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 450 square feet.
