Beginning at a point in the North line of that tract of land conveyed to Max A. and Joy T. Mower, husband and wife, by deed recorded in Washington County Deed Records in Book 828, page 157 on July 27, 1971, which lies Easterly a distance of 250.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said tract; thence Southerly parallel with said tract West line a distance of 495.00 feet more or less to a point on the South line of said tract which lies Easterly a distance of 250.00 feet from said tract Southwest corner 2. The City agrees that in connection with its use of the perpetual easement area and in inspecting, repairing, maintaining, or replacing said sewer line, the City will leave the premises in a neat and workmanlike condition and as nearly in the pre - existing state as practicable.
