Of Restrictive Covenant Regarding Vegetation Conservation Easement
For Eagles View
This Declaration of restrictive Covenant Regarding Vegetation Conservation("Declaration") is
made as of October 10,2000,by Venture Properties, Inc.,an Oregon Corporation("Declaration").
1. Purposes.
1.1 Declarant is the owner of certain real property known as Eagles View located in
Washington County,Oregon. A portion of Eagles View(the"Property")is subject
to the terms of this Declaration. The Property is more particularly described as:
Description of the Property:
A portion Lots 59,60 and 61 within the plat of Eagles View("Conservation
Easement")as recorded in Plat Book 133 ,Pages45-48 , Washington County
Recorders Office,Document Number 2000087195
1.2 Declarant desires to preserve this natural area within Eagles View,now and for all
future residents of the community.
2. Restriction.
1.1 No vegetation, including trees, may be removed in the Conservation Easement
area,without the prior written approval from the city of Tigard.
1.2 No structures may be constructed or placed within the Conservation Easement
area,without the prior written approval from the City of Tigard.
1.3 Any fencing installed within the Conservation Easement area shall be limited to a
split-rail fence with a maximum height of 48 inches.
3. Vegetation Conservation Easement.As shown on the plat of Eagles View, Lots 59,60, and
61 are subject to a Conservation Easement for the benefit of the City of Tigard.No
vegetation, including trees may be removed without the prior written consent of the City of
Tigard.

4. Binding Effect. The easement,restrictions,covenants and conditions set forth in this
Declaration shall be perpetual,burden Lots 59,60 and 61 of eagles View and shall run with
the land.

above.
