Street Improvements
The undersigned owners (including purchasers) of
the real property described below do hereby record their.
consent to the formation of a local improvement district
by the City of Tigard for the purpose of improving the public
street or streets upon which the described property abuts.
The undersigned expressly waive all present and future
rights to oppose or remonstrate against the formation of a
local improvement district for the improvement of the
abutting street or streets, reserving only the right to
contest the inclusion of particular cost items in the improve-
ment district proceeding and any right they may have under
the laws of the state of Oregon to contest the proposed
assessment formula.
This consent and waiver shall run with the title to
the described land and be binding upon the undersigned and
all successor owners, for a period of 15 years from the
date of the last signature below.
The real property that is the, subject of this consent
covenant is described as follows:
A portion of ROSEWOOD ACRE TRACTS in the
NE h of Section 13 T 2 S, R 1 W, W. M.
Washington County, Oregon described as
follows:
Beginning at a point that is North 00 08'
East 1630 . 50 feet and South 890 52' East
25. 00 feet from the intersection of the
East line of SW 72nd Ave. and the North
line of SW Bradbury Court; thence South
891 52' East 202. 00 feet; thence North 00 08 '
East 279. 0 feet to a point in the South line
of a 30. 0 foot road; thence South 890 3 '
West along said South line a distance of
202. 00 feet to a point that is 25. 0
feet from the East line of the existing
right of way of SW 72nd Ave. ; thence
South 0° 08 ' West 277.24 feet to the point
of beginning.
