77-18332 X8332 y CONSENT COVENANT Street Improvements The undersigned legal title holder of the hereinafter described real property in the City of Tigard, Oregon, does hereby record its consent to the formation of an improvement assessment district by the City of Tigard for the purpose of improving the public street .upon which the following described premises abut, and the undersigned expressly waives all present and future opposition or remonstrances against improvement of said street and the assessments therefor whether now or in the future undertaken pursuant to Chapter 223 Oregon Revised Statutes.
