WAIVER (NON-REMONSTRANCE AGREEMENT)
STREET IMPROVEMENTS
The undersigned owners(including purchasers)of the real property described below do hereby record their
consent to the formation of a local improvement district by the City of Tigard for the purposes of
improving the public street or streets upon which the described property abuts. The undersigned expressly
waive all present and future rights to oppose or remonstrate against the formation of a local improvement
district for the improvement of the abutting street or streets, reserving only the right to contest the
inclusion of particular cost items in the improvement district proceeding and any right they may have
under the laws of the State of Oregon to contest the proposed assessment formula.
This waiver ig for future improvements to SW 70th Avenue.

Richardson D.L.C. No. 38, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being more particularly
described as follows, based on survey number 25414, Washington County Survey Records:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the George Richardson D.L.C. No. 38, a 3 1/4" aluminum
disk monument found; thence, along the east line of said Richardson D.L.C. No. 38, North
3010'00" East, 236.00 feet to the northwest corner of that tract of land conveyed by deed to Edith
Otte recorded January 15, 1945, in Book 238, Page 695, Washington County Deed Records;
