Street Improvements
The undersigned owners (including purchasers) of thy: real property described
below do hereby record their ^onsent to the formation of a local improvement
district by the City of Tigard for the purpose of in?)roving the public street
or streets upon which the described property abuts. The undersigned expressly
waive all present and future rights to oppose or remonstrate against the
formation of a local improvement district for. the improvement of the abutting
street or streets, reserving; only the right to contest the inclusion of
particular cost items in the improvement district proceeding and any -right
they may have under the laws of the State of Oregon to contest the proposed
assessment formula.
The real property that is the subject of this consent covenant is described as
follows:

EXHIBIT "A"
A tract of land located in the west half of Section 12, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
being described as follows and as illustrated on the attached exhibit map
(Exhibit "B"):
Tract 1 - Beginning at a point on the West side of Section 12 in Township 2
South of Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian One Hundred and
Sixty (160) rods North of the Southwest corner of said Section 12;
thence East Thirty Two (32) rods; thence South Twenty (20) rods;
thence West Thirty Two (32) rods; thence North Twenty (20) rods; to
the place of beginning; containing Four (4) acres, more or less.
Ten (10) feet on the South side of the above described tract to be
reserved as roadway. _
Tract 2 - Lot 8'' and One (1) acre off of the south side of Lot 7, and
adjoining said Lot 8, of and in Wilson Acres as shown by the duly
recorded plat thereof on file in the office of the Recorder of
Conveyances of said Washington County, Oregon.
Save and except part of Lots 7 and 8 of Wilson Acres, in the City
of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Lot 7, the said point
being 70.72 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence
South along the West line of said Lots 7 and 8, a distance of 250
feet; thence East parallel with the South line of that parcel
conveyed by deed to Harry Hamback et ux by deed recorded April 16,
1930 in Vol. 144 Page 179, deed records, Washington County, Oregon,
a distance of 612.37 feet more or less, to the East line of said
Lot 8; thence North along the East line of said Lots 8 and 7, a
distance of 250 feet more or less, to the Southeast corner of said
Hamback parcel; thence West along the South line of the said
Hamback parcel 612.37 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
Also, excepting from Tract 1 and 2 that portion of State Highway known as S.W.
Hall Blvd..
