Street Improvements
The undersigned contract purchasers and/or legal
title holders of the hereinafter described real premises in
the City of Tigard, Oregon, do hereby record the consent of
each of the undersigned to the formation of an improvement
assessment district by the City of Tigard for the purpose of
improving public street (o) upon which the following described
premises abut, and the undersigned expressly waive all present
and future opposition or remonstrances against improvement
of said street /a\ and the assessments therefor whether now

or in the future undertaken pursuant to Chapter 223 Oregon
Revised Statutes.
This consent and waiver shall run with the title to
said lands and be binding upon the undersigned and ail
successor owners , for a period of 10 years from
the date hereof with respect to the following described

ington County, Oregon, more particularly described as follows : Be-
ginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 5, Burnh,
Tracts , South 45046 ' East 189.4 feet from the most Northerly corner
thereof, said beginning point being the most Easterly corner of
that tract described in that deed to William Henry Walker, et ux,
recorded in Book 324, Page 501, Washington County Deed Records ;
thence South 42006' West along the Southeasterly line of said Wal-
ker tract a distance of 270 feet to a point on the Northeasterly
line of that tract described in that deed to the Tigard Sanitary
District recorded in Book 384 , Page 359, Deed Records, Washington
County, Oregon; thence South 45046 ' East along the Northeasterly
line of said Tigard Sanitary District tract to a point on the North-
westerly line of a 16-foot strip described in Deed Book 151, Page
153; thence North 420-'05%'East along the Northwesterly line of said
16-foot strip to the most Southerly corner of that tract described
in that deed to Clarence M. Stupfel , et ux, recorded in Book 624,
Page 385, Records of Washington County; thence North 45046 ' West a
distance of 50 feet to, the most Westerly corner of said Stupfel
. tract ; thence North 42005 ' East along the Northwesterly line of
said Stufel tract and its extension, a distance of 130 feet to a
point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 5, Burnham Tracts ; thence
North 45046 ' West along the North line of said Lot 5, a distance
of 71.2 feet , more or less, to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM all portions thereof lying within public right-of-way .
