Sanitary Sewer Improvements
The undersigned owners (including .purchasers) of the real property described
below do hereby record their consent to the formation of a local improvement
district by the City of Tigard for the purposes of providing public sanitary
sewer service that allows the below described property to connect to. _ The
undersigned expressly waive all present and future rights to oppose or
remonstrate against the formation of a local improvement. district for sanitary
sewer improvements, reserving only the right to contest the inclusion of
particular cost items in the improvement district proceeding and any right
they may have under the laws of the State of Oregon to contest the proposed
assessment formula.
The real property that is the subject of this consent covenant is described as
follows:

A tract of land situated in the N.E. 1/4, Section 121 T2S, R1W,
City of Tigard, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of that tract of land as
conveyed by deed to Ben and Anna Davis, recorded in Book 332,
Page 425, Washington County Deed Records; - - -
thence, along the south line of said Davis tract,
South 88°59157" West, 415.00 f eet;
thence North 0 °12 '29" West, 10 .0 feet to a point on the south
line of that tract of land conveyed to the City of Tigard for
road purposes, recorded in Fee No. 83-0982, Washington County
Deed Records, said point being 30 .0 f eet, when measured at right
angles, from the centerline of S.W. Bonita Road, and being the
true point of beginning;
thence, North 0 °12 '29" West, 30 6.43 feet to a point on the north
line of that tract of land conveyed by deed to John Tennant
recorded in Book 674, Page 548, Washington County Deed Records;
thence, along the north line of said Tennant tract, South

easterly line of Southern Pacific Railways
