Thank you for the payment of the TIF fees in the amount of $27,384.04 for Building 1 and
Building 2 of the Longstaff Condominium project. Enclosed are 12 individual receipts, one for
each of the 12 units in these two buildings.
Upon receipt of the TIF payment, we have issued Certificates of Occupancy for each of the 12
units and enclose a copy for your records.
