SUBJECT: Joint Water Supply Partnership with City of Tigard
Motion: Staff of Lake Oswego and Tigard will present a preview of a draft water supply
agreement for a possible water supply partnership to the joint Councils of Lake Oswego
and Tigard and the Intergovernmental Water Board (IWB). Staff seeks direction from the
Joint Councils and IWB regarding the proposed form and terms of the draft
intergovernmental agreement and next steps.
