meeting is called for the purpose of considering the receipt of bids and award
for the Civic Center Bond Sale.

2. RESOLUTION 84-69 ACCEPTANCE OF BID ON SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION
IMPROVEMENT BONDS.
Councilor Scott moved to adopt Resolution 84-69, accepting a bid of
8.76504% from U.S. National Bank of Oregon with Atkinson b Co.
Councilor Brian seconded.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present. Vote 3/0
There was general consensus that those assessed properties who did not
Bancroft and have not yet paid their assessment will be charged at the
same rate of interest as those who have Bancrofted.
