SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 15, 1975, 5:30 P. M.
1. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Wilbur A. Bishop; Councilmen Ralph C. Barkhurst, Alan W.
Mickelson, Robert C. Moore; Bruce P. Clark, City Administrator; Doris Harti?,
City Recorder.
Special meeting was called by the Mayor for the purpose of approving progress payment #2 for
the purpose of approving progress payment #2 for the Hunziker Street Improvement District.
City Administrator explained Kearney Brothers Construction Co. had submitted request for
payment too late to be processed for the regular meeting. Staff and Engineer Bill McMonagle
have reviewed estimate in amount of $106,199.87 and recommend payment of $104,982.30.
Engineer McMonagle stated the project was estimated 82% complete and total due to date
$163,876.93. Council and staff discussed progress of project and work completed.
(a) Motion by Councilman Moore to approve payment in amount of $104,982.30;
seconded by Councilman Mickelson.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present.
Meeting adjourned 6:30 P. M.
