1. S.W. 115TH AVENUE BIDS
(a) City Attorney synopsized preoualification of bidders and bid
opening. It was his recommendation the City reject all hids
and readvertise. Council concurred'.with:Attorney's recommendation.
2. STATUS REPORT ON WASHINGTON COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Mike Dorough and Art Schlack, Senior Planners of Washington County, Fave _
presentation regarding,revised comprehensive land use plan. City
stated thev wished to participate in the development of plan and
expressed concern that consideration be'given to the City recommendations.
County replied they would welcome assistance from Tigard.
MEETING RECESSED 9:00 - RECONVENED 9:15 P.M.
3. PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRIORITIES
Work program of project priorities was distributed by City Planner with.
a - - request for suggested revisions and Amendments to schedule.. City
Administrator recommended amendments as follows: Priority 3 - City staff
work; Priority 4 -. Downtown Redevelopment Plan; Priority 4 - Coordination
with other agencies; Under Special Projects, Priority 1 - Subprioriti.es be
extended one month. Council concurred with the amended priorities and
requested staff to proceed with schedule.

By the authority vested in me by the Charter of the City of
Tigard, 'I hereby calla special meeting of; the -Tigard City
Council for Monday, October 1, 1973, at 7:15 H.M. , at the Charles
F. Tigard Grade School. The meeting ;is called for the purpose'
of considering the proposed contract between the City of
Tigard and R. A. Gray & Co.
