Subject Council Agenda - February 12, 1973
I have several items on this week's agenda which require an
explanation.

:is ready for acceptance by the City, except, for the street
overlay and the repair to the pathway along the greenway.
Thisworkwill be completed no later that July, 1973. I
have verified with their Bonding Company, that the Quadrant
Corporation does have a bond in effect and will remain so
until the City accepts all improvements as per the subdivision
compliance,agreement.
2. JackA. Benaroya Company Sewer Aqreement. This is a stock
sewer agreement to serve properties of the Jack A. Benaroya
Company located on the corner` of S.W. Franklin Street and
S.W. '66th`Avenue. This line will serve the new Allstate
Insurance Building. '
3. Douglas Johnson Sewer Contract. This is a stock sewer agreement
to serve properties owned by Mr. Johnson on S.W. 103rd Avenue
across from S.W. View Court. Mr. Johnson proposes to build
a line from S.W. McDonald Street to his property.
4. _ Milkovich Sewer Contract. This is a standard sewer agreement
between the City of Tigard and Vincent P. Milkovich. This
agreement would allow connection to the City's sewer system
at the intersection of S.W. North Dakota Street and S.W. 115th
Avenue.
5. 115th Local Improvement District. You will find in your folders
information we have put together for the formation of a local
improvement district. I would like to have the Council establish
the boundaries of the district, the extent of the improvements,
sidewalks, lights, etc. , and approve preliminary plans. I would
also like to have the Council authorize the Department of Public
Services to proceed with plans and specifications for this project.
6. B.O.R. Grant. A motion, is needed to authorize the execution
of the agreement for the improvement of Jack Parka
