available for occupancy within one week, Attorney Hitzen suggested
Culver and Cortmaker be allowed 30% apartment occupancy within the
next two weeks,
Mrs, Carl Finley testified against granting excepti..r:
Mr. Wenzloff testified for granting occupancy to Colony
and_Kingswood Apartments..
(a) Motion by Councilman Moore that no further exceptions be granted
at this meeting or until City has some definite solutions for
interim improvements to 99W and Gaarde St, intersection; motion
seconded by Councilwoman Paisley,
Approved by unanimous vote' of Council
5, 'COOPER DEVELOPMENT CORP.
Attorney Stephen Herrell of McMenamin Jones, Joseph & Lang, Portland,
requested Council reconsider and grant a building,permit for 74 unit
apartment on their property, Planning Commission had denied plans and
suggested new plans be submitted. Matter of Annand sewer contract,
zoning and possible solutions to development of property was discussed
by Attorney,,.staff and Council; Council stated staff and Planning
Commission available to work with developer in resubmitting plans,
