exception to allow issuance of buildingpermits in
accordance with Ordinance 71-38 as amended by ordinance'

12. EXCEPTION TO MORATORIUM FOR ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS
(a) Applicant is Culver Construction Company, property is
located south of Gaarde Street 800 feet west of 99W
Map 2S1 10A, Tax Lot 1501. Request for exception to
allow issuance of building permits in accordance with
Ordinance 71-3B as amended by Ordinance 72-3„

(A) City Attorney reported the Erhnfeat Law suet wil',l be tried February
8, 1972.
(B) Councilwoman Paisley inquired if Washington Cccunt.y Commissioners
had approved a zone change to allow a trailer sales office that the
City had denied.
City Administrator reported County Planning Commission had denied
"request for zone change to, general: commercials;, however,, County
Commissioners approved the applicati.on.. Withno restrictions.
Trailer sales office will be located on 99W north of the Gaarde'
intersection.
