11. APPROVE REPLACEMENT PUMP AT BONITA PUMP STATION $856080
(a) Director of Public Wcrks stated repairs were made under the
scope of emergency repairs to pump. Unified Sewerage Agency
has declined to pay as they felt they were not liable for
repair and maintenance work.
(b) Motion by Councilwoman Paisley to authorize Administrator
and Director of Public Works to-replace-and repair pump°
seconded by Councilman Bergmann.
