5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
'a) Administrator read letter from Eldon Hout, Chairman
Washington County Board of Ccimnissioners, regarding
formation of Washinaton County.:ServiceDistrict. to
implement proposed water and sewerage master plan for
Tualatin Basin. Letter requested Council pass Resolut zn
authorizing City of Tigard be included within Tualatin
Service District„
Motion by Councilman Larsen requesting City Attorney draft
a resolution saying City of Tigard definitely in accord
in going along with Washington County Service District,
seconded by councilman Moore,
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present.
(b) City Administrator stated correspondence has been received
from R, A. Gray and 2 'property owners regarding sewer
extension`in.Leron.Heights:. .- Property..owners Complaining
about' restoration and landscaping.. Mr, Gray feels he has
fulfilled his obligation, 'City Administrator will get
parties involved together and try to solve problem.' Hai
will'report results to Council.
