(a) City Administrator recommended appointment of Mr. Jerry
Harris

7. ACCEPTANCE OF HAMPTON STREET SEWER EXTEN5I0N
(a) City Administrator reported project has been completed
with the exception of receiving easement from the,School
District'. Attorney Anderson commented School District
had granted easement and he had all signatures except one,
and felt there would be no problem. Director of Public
Works stated he had received maintenance bond in amount of
50% of project and "as built' plans of sewer extension,
(b) Motion by Councilman More to accept the Hampton Street
Sewer Extension, seconded by Councilman Bergmann
Approved by unanimous vote of Cruncil
8. BURNHAM STREET PUMP STATION
(a) Director of Public Works requested authorization to call
for tads to improve the Burnham Street Pump Station,
Estimated cost of project is $3,000,
(b) Motion to authorize calling for bidsa Councilman Larsen,
seconded by Councilman O°Halloran
Approved by unanimous vote of Council
9. AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS -- INSURANCE, FOR CITY OF TIGARD
(a) City Administrator stated specifications were not ready
and requested matter be continued to August 11th Council
Meeting.
