OTHER BUSINESS A. R. A. GRAY CONTRACT (a) City Administrator stated he had reviewed the matter with Attorney .Anderson and recommended Mr. 'Gray sign the original contract as drafted. - Motion by Councilman Bergmann the contract remain in its original: £ormy seconded by Councilman Larsen. Approved by unanimous vote of Council. B. City Administrator brought to Council's attention the City has a building permit' application for 96 units on S.W. Bonita Road and it is contemplated an application for 74 additional units will be ' received ;in the near future. In view of;the City's sewer ,policy, Administrator inouir'ed if Council'wished to allow the-sewer'con- nection an the 9,6 units. Since City has not reached sewer plant Page 3 Council Minutes 5/26/69 capacity, Council had no objection to issuing sewer connection permit. When the additional 74 units wish sewer service, council would like to again review sitt,ation. C. Dr. Hart of S.W. North Dakota Street inquired as to time schedule on Commonwealth annexation and zone change. D. Attorney Anderson reported he has been corresponding with Mr. Adkins regarding the Dairy Queen parking situation. E. Council discussed requesting State Speed Control Board to nuke a study of traffic problems in City. councilman Larsen expressed his concern over the intersection of S.W. Bonita and S.W. Hall. F.
