3. AGREEMENT WITH"R. A. GRAY AND SHE C77Y yr T IGAs D
(a) City Administrator explained proposed sewer agreement with
Mr. Grayo who wishes to extend the sewer lane at his awn
expense. Line will be extended to property that is pre-
sently outside the City Limits. 'Mr. Gray does not wish to
be reimbursed at a later'date when adjoining property owners
connect to sewer line. Adminrst.rat:-r recommended Mayor and
City Recorder be authorized to sign on behalf of the City.
(b) Motion by councilman Bergmann _t a�thcr:ze the Mayor and
City Recorder to sign on beha_f of,the C_c.y seconded by
Councilman, Moore.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present.
4. ORP,NANCE No. 69-26 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECT:CN 14 OF-ORDINANCE
No. 66-41"WITH RESPECT TO SUPPLEMENTAL SEWER
CONNECTION CHARGES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
(a) Motion to adopt: Councilman Moc^re, seconded by Councilman Larsen.
Approved by unanimous vote of present.
5. ORDINANCE No. 69-27 AN ORDINANCE A"UIH&RIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT BETWEEN K. A., GRAY AND THE CITY OF
TIGARD WITH RESPECT TO THE; CONSTRUCTICN OF
A SEWER TRUNK LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
(a) Motion to adopt: Councilman. Macre, seconded by C.unciiman
Bergmann.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present..
6. City Administrator reported to Council five complaints Have been
filed by private citizens with the Public UtAL'ity Commission
against the'S:P. & S. Railroad .and the Southern Pacific Railroad.
Complaints were in regard to improving railroad crossing.
