(a) Recommendation of City Administrator acceptance be
set over to September 25, 1967

$30,018.06; progress payment due $49,618.20; Ad it.;.onal
amount to be assessed $18,962.27 or an additions! cost
to property owner of $4.10per front foot. Fine3 assessment
cost per front foot is $22.74. City Administrator recommended
City borrow $49,618.20 from Sewer Fund to Street Fund and
authorize City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance fcr the
additional assessment to property owners
(b) Motion to accept recommendation of City Administrator:
Councilman Bergmann, Seconded by Councilman noose
Approved by unanimous vote of Council present.
