Mr. Earle Reid requested Council expedite his request before Planning and Zoning Commission for conditional use of property located on Highway 99W and S,W. 72nd, Mayor and Council directed City Administrator to request Planning and Zoning Commission to expedite Mr. 'Reid's conditional use request. 2. City Administrator recommended the City adopt a policy for street improvements, copy of which 1® attached and made a part of the record. Council decided to give the matter further study and re- quested the City Attorney review the policy for proper wording., 3. City Administrator submitted for Council's consideration a list of recommended Capital Improvements showing approximately cost and priority as to need. The breakage and ,repair work that had to'be done kept the department personnel hopping.
