on the 13th day of February 1967, at 8:00 P.M.,
in the City Hall on Main Street, Tigard, Oregon,
with respect to the Proposed Annexation to the
Cit-1 of Tigard of that Certain Area Contiguous
to the City of Tigard, including "Pinebrook
Subdivision, Authorizing and Directing the City
Recorder to Publish and Post Notices Thereof
and to Incur Necessary Expenses, and Declaring
an Emergency.

It was moved by Councilman Knauss, Seconded by Councilman Bergmann,
and unanimously carried, that Council direct the City Administrator,
City Attorney, City Engineer and Consulting Engineer to take the
necessary steps to suspend or grant an extension of time to the
Contractor on the sewer project.
