Motions Councilman Knauss, Motion Seconded by Councilman Well Approved by unanimous vote. 5., ORDINANCE - An Ordinance Setting Hearing with Respect to Proposed Annexation of Lands of A.E. DuMars and Leota R. Dumars in Sec. 34, T1S, R1W, W.M. Washington County, Oregon, and - Directing giving of Notice Thereof Public Hearing W-8tOG P.M., January 9, 1966, Council Chambers, City Hall, Tigard, Oregon , (a) Motion: Councilman Bergmann, _Moti_r._Seconded by Councilman 'Well Adopted by unanimous vote.' OTHER BUSINESS GARBAGE FWANCHISE 1. Mr. Raid of R.T. & E. Corp. questioned the charges 'made by Frank's Sanitation Service for garbage pick-up. The fees were discussed by Council', Mr. .Reid and Mr. Frank.' Mr. .Reid asked if he is obligated to rent and use the containers furnished by Frank's Sanitation Service. The additional charge of $3.50, which does not show on the rate charge sheet, per pick-up, per container'was also a'point 'in question. It was moved by Councilman`Bergmann, Seconded by Councilman Well, and unanimously carried that this matter referred to City Staff for further study.
