PRESENTATION OF WATER POLLUTION CONTROL CERTIFICATES TO CITY EMPLOYEES Patrick Gamroth (Sewage Works Operator, Group 4) Byron Knepp (Sewage Works operator, Group 5) 12 CONTRACT WITH ROGER'S MACHINERY FOR SE19UR SERVIC" It was moved by Councilman Klock, seconded by Councilman Well, and unanimously carried, by Council members present, that Council award the contract to the apparent low bidder, Coast Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $3,593.00, with 30 days completion time, and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Rogers Machinery. $4,000. has been received from Rogers Machinery for this project. 13. CITY HALL EXTERIOR REMODELING - Plan of Beautification Committee ' Presented by John Perry Mayor and Council thanked Beautification Committee for its efforts. City Administrator told Council that plan would be implemented in the near future. OTHER BUSINESS 1. S. W. 91st AVE. = City Administrator reported in response to re- quest of Mrs. Henry and Mrs. Nunnenkamp who appeared at August 8, 1966, Council meeting, that`S.W. 91st Avenue was a dedicated, graveled street. The street, however, has not been accepted by either Washington'County'or the City, of Tigard :for maintenance. It was reported that weeds and thistles had been cut on'S.W. 91st Ave. Mayor & Council directed City Administrator to write letter to Mrs. Henry and Mrs. 'Nunnenkamp 2. ADJOURNMENTs 8:20 P.M.
