Charles L. Woodard to replace Dr. R. A. Bissett
Motion: Councilman Bergmann, Sr,:'c:-ded by
Councilman Knauss
Approved by unanimous vote
3. The Council received a report from the Water Studv Committee.
The essence of the report was a recommendation that the-City
of Tigard is best qualified to handle the water function.
After deliberation by the Council, 'the'motion was made by
Councilman Bergmann and seconded by Councilman Well, and
unanimously carried directing ,the City Attorney to prepare
an Ordinance calling for an annexation election May 23, 1966,
of the Tigard Water District, excepting those portions that
lie in the corporate limits of Tigard and King City.
