Mayor Woodard called the meetinr 'to orc:er at 7:30 P. t°, anr3!
stated, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss the planninq,
Zoning and Building Codes preparatory to having-an,Ordinance

covering.
it was established that we could have a Public
Hearing approximately the middle of January 1963. 'In the
..meantime_We are to Set up any:Changes that we have proposed
using as a basistheCountv rlanning and '?oninq Code and the
Standard Building Code.
Also we have discussed the City map showing the
diff-erentzones on the City maps regulating these to three
fixe districts, numbers 1, 2 and. 3.-- This map is to be
nreoared by Councilman Hanneman.
As to the plans given us by mr. Pilusolto_extend
his apartments on lIighway -Fr217, we have decided .to cTive
this a study and report back,at the meeting on the night of
the 17th.
Upon motion by Councilman Cooper, seconded by
Councilman Sitton, the meeting adjourned at 9:45 P. Is.

A meeting was held in the Community Hall, at 7:30 P. M. on
December 10th, 1962, at which Mayor Woodard and all members
of Council:were present:. The purl^ose was to consider and
approve the payment of :bills. After reading of the billfi-
motion was made by Councilran Hanneman, secon ed
Heintz, to,pay the bills as react. Notion unanimously carried.
